These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and TheMetaphysicsLab LLC (“Divine Triangle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website at divinetriangle.com, and all related calculators, readings, blueprints, content, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS, A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, AND AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, OR BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. Entertainment & No-Reliance Disclaimer

This section governs your use of all numerology readings, blueprints, life maps, calculators, interpretations, forecasts, compatibility results, and related output (collectively, the “Readings”).

1.1 For entertainment and self-reflection only. The Service and all Readings are provided strictly for general entertainment, personal interest, and self-reflection. Numerology, tarot, astrology, sacred geometry, and related systems are not recognized sciences, and the Readings are not statements of fact.

1.2 No accuracy or predictive guarantee. We make no representation or warranty that any Reading is accurate, complete, reliable, or predictive of any actual event, outcome, behavior, or circumstance. Any language describing the Service as “divination” or as a means to “anticipate” events, mentalities, stages of consciousness, or future outcomes is interpretive and symbolic only and must not be understood as a forecast of real-world events.

1.3 Do not rely on Readings for decisions. You agree that you will not make, refrain from making, or delay any decision in reliance on any Reading. This includes, without limitation, any medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, relationship, family, career, or other significant decision.

1.4 Not professional advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice and does not constitute medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. If you need such advice, consult a qualified, licensed professional. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services.

1.5 No outcomes promised. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, benefit, or outcome from your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account, make a purchase, or use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

2.2 By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

2.3 If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

3. The Service

3.1 The Service lets you generate numerology Readings and blueprints from a name and birth date, explore free calculators and educational content, and purchase optional paid Readings and related products.

3.2 We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability to you.

3.3 Certain features require an account or a purchase. Free features may be offered with limitations that we may change at our discretion.

4. Accounts

4.1 Creation and access. You may access certain features only by creating an account. Accounts may be accessed using a one-time email login code and/or a password, at our discretion.

4.2 Account email and verification. You are responsible for providing a valid email address that you own and control, and for the consequences of providing an incorrect address. We may verify your email and may restrict certain actions until it is verified.

4.3 Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@divinetriangle.com of any unauthorized use.

4.4 One account; accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

5. Purchases, Pricing & Payment

5.1 One-time digital products. Paid Readings (including, for example, the Blueprint, Lifetime Forecast, and Compatibility Readings) are one-time purchases of digital products. We do not currently charge recurring subscription fees.

5.2 Prices. Prices are stated at the point of purchase and are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

5.3 Payment processing. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By purchasing, you agree to that processor's terms and authorize us and the processor to charge your selected payment method. We do not store full payment-card details.

5.4 Binding to a person. A paid Reading may be bound to a specific named individual (the subject of the Reading) as confirmed at checkout. Readings are personalized and may not be edited to a different subject after purchase except as we may permit.

5.5 Delivery. Digital products are delivered and unlocked electronically, typically immediately after payment is confirmed.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Because our products are digital goods that are delivered and unlocked immediately, and except where a non-waivable right applies under the law of your jurisdiction, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or unlocked.

6.2 Consumers in the EU/UK and certain other jurisdictions may have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases. Where you purchase digital content for immediate delivery, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose any applicable right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

6.3 We may, at our sole discretion, grant goodwill refunds or credits in individual cases; doing so does not waive this policy.

7. Gifts

7.1 You may purchase a Reading as a gift for another person. Gift purchases may be delivered to the recipient by email or by a redemption code.

7.2 The intended recipient is responsible for creating an account (if required) to redeem and access a gifted Reading. Gifts are non-transferable beyond the intended recipient except as we may permit, and are subject to these Terms, including Section 6 (Refunds).

8. License to Your Readings

8.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Readings you generate or purchase for your own personal, non-commercial use.

8.2 You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Reading or any portion of the Service, except that you may share your own Reading privately with individuals for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality — including the software, the Divine Triangle name and logo, the blueprint and map interfaces, the visual design, text, graphics, and the selection, arrangement, and presentation of all materials — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

9.2 Except for the limited license in Section 8, no right, title, or interest in or to the Service is transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9.3 “Divine Triangle” and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
access, scrape, harvest, or index any part of the Service by automated means, or attempt to circumvent any paywall, access control, rate limit, or security measure;
resell, rent, or commercially redistribute Readings or access to the Service;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying methods of the Service;
upload or transmit any malware or interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Service;
enter another living person's information without a lawful basis to do so; or
use the Service in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, for any violation.

11. Information You Provide & Privacy

11.1 To use the Service you may submit information such as names and birth dates. You represent that you have the right to submit any personal information you provide about yourself or others.

11.2 Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (such as payment, email, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL READINGS AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any Reading will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DIVINE TRIANGLE OR ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY READING, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divine Triangle and its owners, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the license in Section 8 ends, but Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 1, 9, 13, 14, 15, 18, and 19) will survive.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

18.2 Arbitration agreement and class-action waiver. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, rather than in court, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

18.3 Venue, if not arbitrating. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

19. General

19.1 Entire agreement. These Terms and any documents incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

19.2 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

19.3 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

19.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.

19.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
